This cover is classy-looking (simple well-thought-out design, straight stitching, quality leather), soft but well padded, and light enough in weight that I have no problem holding the kindle for a long time (though I usually use the stand because I'm eating or drinking while I read, or if I'm reading in a foreign language, so that I can quickly look up words on my computer).
To me it's well worth the cost.
I've made comments in reply to other reviewers' posts when I found that my experiences were different than theirs (e.g., features of the cover that might have changed, time to ship, etc.). I always like to look at the dates of reviews and other reviewers' comments to those reviews, so I can tell if the manufacturer has used reviewers' feedback to improve the product. It looks like this manufacturer does that!

I love this cover. I feel very secure about my Kindle being protected in it. I have recently upgraded from Kindle 1 and had the Tuff-Luv Kindle 1 cover for my old Kindle. I liked it and knew I would try to get the same brand for my next Kindle. The Kindle 2 cover is an improvement over the Kindle 1 cover. I think they did the best they could for the Kindle 1 with it's irregular shape, but with the Kindle 2's regular shape, they were able to improve the security of the Kindle in the new cover. It would be next to impossible for the Kindle to come out of this case without you very much intending for it too. Still, it is not difficult to remove it if you want to, though I don't know why you would. The feel of the case is very comfortable in my hands. My Mighty Light book light clips on to the folded back front cover for reading in bed at night. During the day, I make full use of the hands-free ability. I just love it!

I've been a happy Kindle owner since December 2009 however I waited before I picked out a cover for my Kindle. I checked out the covers that my friends had and I searched the internet before choosing the Tuff-Lov Kindle Cover. It is the best looking and most protective cover around. As far as I know this is the only one that provides a frame back so that it can stand alone while you're reading. I can use it while I'm on "hold" on the phone, when I'm eating dinner,when I'm in the bath tub, and when I'm on the treadmill. This is the Greatest cover.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love Man
I received my Kindle 2 as a Father's Day gift from my children. I am an avid reader but never really thought about purchasing a Kindle for myself. For the "man who has everything", it was the perfect gift. The one thing that was missing was a protective cover since I take my Kindle to the gym and read while I'm riding the stationary bike. After reading several reviews, I decided on the Tuff-Luv Flip Style Leather case and cover. The cover was delivered yesterday and I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase. An earlier review had mentioned that the case needed a strap of some kind to prevent the Kindle from accidentally slipping out of the top of the case. Apparently the manufacturer listened and a small leather strap with a magnetic closure was added. Great product!
